Stabilizing Agent For Starch Glue

Our starch glue modifier is the intermatching modifier of polymer synthetic resin rubber powder. Because the hydroxyl in polymer synthetic resin rubber powder will replace the hydroxyl in starch molecule, hydrophilic becomes hydrophobic and the structure is more stable, it can provide starch glue viscosity and increase its adhesive strength. In the starch glue drying process, starch glue with hydrophobicity is more easy to dehydrate, so as to improve drying speed and production speed of corrugated board line. The reaction process of synthetic resin rubber powder is slow and irreversible, so its adhesion and moisture-proof effect will gradually form a solid and moisture-proof pulp film within 24 hours after the cardboard leaves the production line.
